The steep slope winery in the Rheingau!
In the heart of the Middle Rhine Valley, we have been producing exclusive Rheingau wines with style and authenticity for four generations. On 4.5 hectares of the steepest vineyards, we have been managing our family-run winery in the beautiful town of Lorch on the Rhine for nearly 100 years. We represent authentic Rheingau wines and proudly take responsibility for honest products and sustainable agriculture.

In our vineyards, you won’t find any harvesters. We exclusively harvest by hand, relying on the experience of four generations in viticulture. We forgo artificial irrigation of the vines and stand for fruit-driven nuances that emerge when we give the grapes time and independence to ripen.

The maturation of our wines takes place in our natural stone cellar. These outstanding climatic conditions give the wine a unique maturity and harmony, which support the wonderful taste experience. We do not produce blends and focus on pure enjoyment and true craftsmanship.
