Our winery building was built in 1665 and has been owned by the Geromont family since 1850. It is a single cultural monument and has been gradually restored since 1993. The most extensive restoration took place from 2012 to 2015 and from 2020 to 2021. A new slate roof has "protected" the estate since 2019.

The vineyards are classified as first-class sites, and only Riesling grapes are cultivated. All wines are 100% Riesling, and all grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected. Good canopy management ensures healthy grapes. In the cellar, the wines are given time to mature; we manage without fining agents, and racking takes place only shortly before bottling.

Enjoying wine, experiencing culture, meeting people, a piece of quality of life... that is our motto. We host jazz concerts, Shakespeare theater evenings, wine hikes, and service at the wine stand at the ferry or along the flute hiking trail, always one week after Pentecost.
