Baron Knyphausen Winery
Eighth generation of winegrowers

Now in its eighth generation of family management, the Baron Knyphausen winery at Draiser Hof in Eltville am Rhein cultivates around 17 hectares of vineyards. The team attaches great importance to preserving old traditions while at the same time following modern, creative impulses, for example through the winery's own knypSCHAFE, which have been serving the vineyards as natural lawnmowers and suppliers of soil fertilizer since 2022, in line with biodiversity and the biodynamic cycle.

You can taste the VDP-classified wines in the wine bar or wine lounge as well as in individual wine tastings. Since the 2021 vintage, the winegrowers have switched completely to organically certified viticulture, meaning they do not use chemical sprays. In addition to the winery, the Draiser Hof is also home to a small boutique hotel and rooms for conferences and corporate events.
