"In Dellhofen, above Oberwesel in the Middle Rhine Valley, the STAHL family farm was built in 1963. As the STAHLs have been passionate about farming and animal welfare for over 200 years, the suckler cows and their calves are naturally allowed to roam freely in the countryside. Pigs and chickens have also found a lovely home. The farm also has a farm shop (Fridays: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturdays 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.), which sells regional and specially produced specialities. The high proportion of high-quality Limousin beef gives HOF STAHL's sausage products a special flavour - see for yourself! Outside opening hours, farm vending machines allow you to shop directly on the farm around the clock."
