Our completely newly equipped, modern holiday apartment for 2 people is located on the 2nd floor of our house on a large, natural plot of land. This is located in a relaxing and quiet location right on the edge of the forest in the smallest district of Eltville, Martinsthal.

Enjoy your time out in our spacious, cozy attic apartment with eat-in kitchen, daylight bathroom and your own covered balcony with distant views. Combined living room and bedroom with double bed, 2 large couches for comfortable relaxation, fireplace, satellite TV, free Netflix access, free WiFi and Bose Bluetooth soundbox. Daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub, own washing machine and condenser dryer. Fully equipped kitchen-living room with dining area, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine. We offer you free parking directly on the property; you can park your bicycles safely and free of charge under the roof. You can reach the holiday apartment's own entrance via an outside staircase, then a spiral staircase leads from the entrance area to the kitchen/living room (therefore not barrier-free).

From our house you can take a nice walk into the forest or vineyards, where you have a wonderful view over the upper Rheingau and the opposite side of the Rhine from the Lourdes Madonna, for example. You can also walk through the vineyards to the well-known vineyard house of a Martinsthal winery, where you can enjoy the view into the distance with good wine and small appetizers on weekends. In just a few minutes you can drive to Eltville am Rhein, where you can find all the shopping opportunities and enjoy the idyllic banks of the Rhine.
