Stylish villa with unique views of the Rhine in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley

In one of the most beautiful landscapes in Germany, we wanted to design a modern holiday home that sets new standards of exclusivity and individuality in the Middle Rhine Valley. The house is characterized by a spacious feel, state-of-the-art technology, a fireplace, and an outdoor whirlpool (available from May to September, otherwise on request. The whirlpool is accessible via a three-step staircase in the garden). 

That is why we consciously rent the 200 square meter house with three bedrooms (+ one children's room for a toddler) and three bathrooms only to one rental party.
Our premium home is located in the best residential area in the heart of Boppard. Inside the house, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city and the largest bend of the Rhine from nearly every room and two balconies, nestled among the steep slopes of the Bopparder Hamm wine-growing region. The private 1000 square meter outdoor area (sloped) matches this panoramic view. The front door is accessible via two sets of 15 steps, which is the price paid for a unique view.
NEW 2022: We have made further investments and purchased and designed an adjacent plot of land. This has resulted in our "Hochsitz," another cozy corner of our spacious garden, featuring breathtaking views over Boppard and the Rhine bend (long-distance view).
NEW 2023: New natural swimming pool in Boppard, about a 20-minute walk from the holiday home (50-meter pool, beach volleyball court, diving board, and much more)
In 5-10 minutes, you can walk to the train station, the marketplace, or other tourist attractions in Boppard.
